Paige brings a contagious energy and excitement to The Parlour. At her core, she has a genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn, which continues to drive her growth. In no time, Paige became a Level 3 stylist and applies the principles of the Summit Salon System. Simply put, she’s on fire! Paige was Shannon’s first protégé, which fueled her passion for hair and gave her invaluable tips from one of the industry's best. She has a strong interest in refining her cutting technique, as well as mastering “Lived-In Color” and Balayage.
Jenna Holden | Level 1
Jenna is a dedicated hairstylist with a strong commitment to continuous learning and growth within the dynamic beauty industry. She has a particular passion for blonding and “Lived-In Color”, always seeking out new techniques to achieve seamless, natural results. In addition, Jenna is focused on mastering precision cutting, understanding how shape and structure can transform a style. With an artist's eye for balance, texture, and design, she takes pride in creating customized looks for each client. Above all, Jenna is dedicated to enhancing natural beauty, crafting styles that inspire confidence and reflect each individual's authentic self.
Sabrina Watling | Assistant
Sabrina is an up-and-coming hairstylist assistant known for her fresh approach and flawless finishing touches. With a growing client base and a passion for making people feel their best, she specializes in washing, blow drying, and styling hair to perfection. Whether it's a sleek look for a special occasion or everyday glam, Sabrina brings creativity, care, and confidence to every appointment.
Lena Arellano | Assistant
Lena is an up-and-coming hairstylist assistant with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. Known for her attention to detail and warm personality, Lena specializes in washing, blow-drying, and styling hair with skill and care. Whether prepping clients for a cut or perfecting a sleek finish, she brings energy and enthusiasm to every appointment. As she continues to grow in the industry, Lena is committed to learning from top stylists and honing her craft one hairstyle at a time.
Madi Sanchez | Front Desk
Madi is our Front Desk Manager who loves providing excellent customer service and creating great experiences. With a talent for detail and a friendly personality, she excels in the busy hospitality industry. Outside of work, Madi enjoys beauty and haircare, often assisting in the salon. When she's not at the front desk, you can find her enjoying the beach and being outdoors. Madi combines professionalism with a lively spirit in all she does.
Shannon Arendsen | Owner & Level 5
In 2010, Shannon opened The Parlour with a clear mission: “For the Love Hair.” Over ten years and two salons later, her passion remains strong, reflected in the sign at the entrance. Shannon is a highly skilled stylist known for her unmatched work ethic and love for her craft. She efficiently serves clients, often at the same time, showcasing her expertise. Her positive energy and engaging demeanor make her a delight to work with, and clients leave transformed after her expert touch. Shannon is also very open to learning, constantly seeking new techniques and attending classes across the country. As The Parlour’s most experienced stylist, she is reducing her hours to focus on mentoring others. This shift is exciting as she will train new stylists, ensuring her legacy continues.
